The lobby lead you to the first living romm with a functional double fireplace and a formal lunchroom. On the other side, there's the cozy TV room in the second living room. You can also spend a very great time relaxing or chatting between friends with the beautiful view on the wooded garden through which you can see the remarkable sun set in the end of day.
There is a new, elegant and modern kitchen on the ground floor, which will be perfect for the big foodies, and will be undoubtedly the place the most convenient for a family daily cooking since ou have a big kitchen island table. Your friends and guests will be pleased for sure to stay in a high bar stool and taste your well-prepared delicious dish with a glass of good wine.

For your convenience, the kitchen has been furnished with high-end household appliances of NEFF which contain a large induction hob, a microwave oven (you can change the mode at your will) and another preprogrammed oven containing steam fonction tou reach the perfection of your cook. Finally, your food will be well kept in two part of our fridge : refrigerator and freezer of LIEBHERR; which is very helpful during your long stay. Upstairs you can use washing machine for 9 kg cloths, new NEFF laundry dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is furnished with ADSL at grounf floor, goog signal Wifi in each room, Ethernet Cat6A network. You have more than 500 french and foreign channels on TV, plus the access to Netflix, and Amazon Videos.

Central heating for winter and noiseless fans for summer.

We propose you a total flexibility for your arriving (and departure).
We can give you the keys once the arriving hour and the situation are all clarified, our friend Fançoise who lives in this buliding will wait you and help you out while arriving. Or else, we can open you the doors remotely then leave you the key when you arrive, even you arrive late. The second option could be very convenient in the case that you arrive at an unusal hour in the case of surprise inconvenience.
