The song of the trees is a renovated and independent village house, not adjoining and not overlooked. It is located in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the forest of Fontainebleau and the village shops. The nearest train station, in Montigny-sur-Loing, is also within walking distance (20 mins).
This gite can accommodate three adults and a child from 4 years in 80 m2. No smoking house and pets no allowed.
The gite consists, on the ground floor, of a living room, a separate dining room, an office area, a library and an equipped kitchen.
The first floor offers two bedrooms. One includes a double bed 140. The other, an adult bed and a child's bed (maximum size: 1.60 m).
The bathroom with shower and toilet are also upstairs.
The equipment includes, in the kitchen, a traditional oven and a microwave, a hob, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner.
A hairdryer is available in the bathroom, as well as a heated towel rail.
Sheets, linen and cleaning are included in the price.
The cottage offers a large terrace of 60 m2 to eat outside and enjoy the sun out of sight. The terrace is equipped with a table and garden chairs, a large parasol and sun loungers. Barbecue facilities are also available. Night lighting makes it possible to extend the day outside.
It is possible to park easily in the streets near the cottage.
Bourron-Marlotte is classified Village of character. It owes this label to its ideal location between the Fontainebleau forest and the Loing valley, as well as to its archirectural heritage and its history. Most of its houses date from the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th.
They welcomed many artists, such as Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, Jules Renard, Claude Monet, Gustave Courbet, Alfred Sysley, Emile Zola… The City Hall has several works from this period.
The village is also an excellent starting point for a number of nature-related activities. Hiking, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, swimming can be practiced in or near the village.
Bourron-Marlotte is also close to historic sites such as the castles of Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Blandy-les-Tours. Many typical villages can be visited such as Barbizon, Morêt-sur-Loing and many others.
