The railway line runs along the back of the property.

The house is ideally located in Bois-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Fontainebleau forest. The nearest climbing site (Rocher CANON) is around 3 km away on foot (115 min by car).
- In Bois le Roi, the UCPA leisure center (3 km from the house) has a riding school, golf course, tennis courts, climbing wall, swimming lake, children's playground...
- Melun also boasts a rowing and water-skiing club.
- The house is 15 km from Vaux le Vicomte castle, 12 km from Fontainebleau castle, both UNESCO heritage sites.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to five vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Bois le Roi train station, about 6 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Orly airport is about 50 min away by car.
