The managers, Enguerrand LECOCQ and Quentin HUBERT, are accompanied by Hugo BARTHELEMY and Jules MATHIAS who welcome you in the dining room, as well as chef Flore MACE and her second Simon HANNICQ.
In addition to typical southern fare, classic French brasserie dishes are revisited with a touch of warmth.

maniche à la provençale or pesto rosso beef onglet with polenta. To finish on a sweet, homemade note, try our lemon, white chocolate and lavender panna cotta.
ADMΛ works in partnership with local farms and bakeries. The wines are varied: five estates have been chosen,
including Domaine Preignes Le Neuf, whose farmers are also from Bellifont.
