An internationally renowned trail designed by Tom Simpson. Through the heart of the forest of Fontainebleau , with it's unmissable heather , broom and rock formations and 103 fine-sand bunkers.
Initially designed by Julien Chantepie it was redesigned in 1920 by Tom Simpson, enlarged and modified by Fred Hwtree in 1963. Settled in the Fontainebleau Forest at 800 m from the Town it occupies ancient imperial hunting grounds. It offers quiet narrow fairways bordered by trees. Its sandy soils make up great golfing conditions by any weather all year round. Many professionals consider this great traditional Golf course of Fontainebleau as one of Europe’s most beautiful facilities. 18 holes on 6153m length. Practice of 12 positions 6 covered.
